PRIVACY · CONTACT CHANNELS

This page describes what happens to the information you send through the overlord.games contact form and the direct chat. It is operational privacy information, not a claim of end-to-end encryption.

THE EMAIL CONTACT FORM

Your name, email address and message are sent through Postmark, our email provider, to our contact mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the request before it is accepted; Cloudflare may process your IP address transiently for that check. We do not store your message on our servers, and nothing you type is sent to analytics or advertising services. Mailbox copies follow our email provider's retention.

THE DIRECT CHAT

The chat requires an email address so replies can reach you if you close the page. Your messages and the operator's replies are stored encrypted in a temporary database for the life of the conversation, which is fixed at 24 hours from your first message. After that, the content is deleted.

Chat messages are relayed to the operator through Telegram, a cloud-chat service: Telegram processes the message text on its servers under its own privacy policy. Your email address is never sent to Telegram. Each operator reply is also emailed to you through Postmark; those emailed copies follow email-provider retention rather than the chat's 24-hour deletion window.

Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the first chat message. IP addresses are used transiently by our hosting platform and Turnstile for abuse protection but are not stored in the chat database or its logs.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

No advertising, no analytics on your message content, no sale or sharing of your details beyond the providers named above, and no AI processing of your conversation.

Questions about any of this can go to the contact form itself.
